Mindfulness is more than a strategy to manage difficult situations, it is a way to cultivate a more balanced relationship to oneself in relation to the realities of life. Science shows us that mindfulness improves both  mental and physical wellness, and can be something you do in brief intervals throughout the day to help reset in your day. By choosing a specific element of mindfulnes to study and practice on a weekly basis, we hope that over time you will experience a more in depth understanding to enhance or buid your own mindfulness practice.
